Before joining the team as a Neuromuscular Therapist, Grace was first a client. After a knee injury in 2016, she turned to natural healing methods for recovery. Through corrective bodywork with Ben, she experienced significant improvement in her knees, overall health, and body function. Inspired by her results, Grace began training alongside Ben to learn the Ben Kuns Bodyworks® Protocols.

Outside of her work providing care, Grace performs flamenco and creates contemporary flamenco-inspired choreography throughout the Twin Cities.

A Buffalo, MN native, Grace earned her B.A. in Dance and English from the University of Minnesota–Morris. Under Ben’s guidance, she has trained extensively and is passionate about helping others achieve lasting healing and balance.
